RERA registration for the new phase is awaited. Phase 1 is registered as "Barca at Godrej MSR City" — PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/010425/007644 (rera.karnataka.gov.in). Until the new phase is registered, we take only expressions of interest.

What happened to Phase 1?

Phase 1 (Barca) — 1,961 homes in 6 towers of 2B+G+15 — sold out. This new phase continues the same Mediterranean theme within the township.

What is an EOI and why register early?
